Job summary

Crew is seeking a senior product designer to own the design of our core Jeeves platform end to end, collaborating with product leadership, PMs, and engineers. You will design across mobile and desktop, focusing on payments and spend management flows, and drive AI-enabled exploration and documentation.

This role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, UX craft, and the ability to push design systems at scale while partnering with a distributed global team. Remote, full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional product design experience with senior-level scope on multiple high-impact projects.
• Experience designing for fintech, payments, or financial services products.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership: problem framing, exploration, shipped outcomes.
• Ability to drive projects forward independently in ambiguous environments.
• Working fluency with AI tools in the design process.
• Experience working within and improving design systems at scale.
• Hands-on research experience, including recruiting participants and synthesizing findings.
• Track record of close collaboration with PM and engineering through to shipped product.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own design for the core Jeeves platform end-to-end, from discovery to shipped outcomes.
• Design across mobile to desktop, focusing on core card, payments, and spend management flows.
• Elevate craft and consistency, address UX debt, and drive a remediation plan.
• Promote product vision through exploration, documentation, and leadership presentations.
• Leverage AI tools to test directions and accelerate workflow without sacrificing craft.
• Apply payments/fintech knowledge to design for real-world financial complexity and AI-powered experiences.
