Job summary

You will translate research into PRDs, define success metrics, run experiments, and collaborate with risk, compliance, and engineering to deliver compliant, user-centered experiences. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, cross-functional teamwork, and a strong bias for action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design or a hybrid product design/product management role, with at least 2 years in leadership or people-management capacity.
• Proven track record owning a product roadmap end-to-end prioritization, spec writing, success metrics, and post-launch measurement.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the design vision and product strategy for payment products.
• Build and prioritize a roadmap of design and product improvements with structured frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers and UX researchers.
• Own the backlog and prioritization conversations with product management and engineering.
• Drive end-to-end product design from discovery to UI specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with regulatory standards (e.g., BSP, AML, KYC).
