Job summary

Coins in the Philippines is seeking a senior product designer/PM to shape the design strategy for our payments products. You will own the vision, translate research into roadmaps, and collaborate with engineers and risk/compliance teams to deliver compliant, user-friendly experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
• 5+ years in product design or a design/PM hybrid.
• Led product roadmap, prioritization, metrics, and post-launch measurement.
• Experience in payments/fintech preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Define design vision and product strategy for payment products.
• Build and prioritize a roadmap of design and product improvements.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers and researchers.
• Own backlog and collaborate with engineering leads.
