Coins.ph, the Philippines’ leading crypto and digital payments platform, is looking for a Payments Product Junior Manager to drive fiat payment offerings, partner integrations, and data-driven decisions. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and external partners to scale the payments backbone for users across the country and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in Philippines banking, fintech or payments sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, STEM or business/economics preferred.
• Experience building end-to-end payment rails and integrations.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineering, compliance, sales.

Responsibilities

• Expand fiat payment offerings by integrating with banks and providers.
• Productize e-wallet and tokenized payments for partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design on payment flows and order settlement.
• Own payment-related metrics like conversion rates.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Compliance and external partners.
• Interface with clients on API integration and troubleshooting.
