Coins.ph, the pioneer crypto brand in the Philippines, is hiring a Payments Solutions Engineer to build fiat rails and productize our payments for partners. You will work with banks and providers to optimize user journeys, settlements, and reconciliations, while collaborating with engineering and compliance teams to scale operations.

The role demands experience in PH fintech payments, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders to drive reliable growth.

Formación

• Experience in Philippines banking, fintech and payments landscape.
• End-to-end payment rails development from frontend flows to settlement.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication with engineering, compliance, lawyers, and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Build and expand fiat payment offerings with providers and banks.
• Productize payments solution (ewallet, tokenized payments, crypto-to-fiat) for external partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to optimize user journeys and backend flows.
• Own metrics like payment conversion rates.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to scale the business.
• Interface with external clients for API integration questions and troubleshooting.
