Coins.ph is seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong payments background to join our Product team in the Philippines. You will help drive data-driven decisions and scale our payments ecosystem across fiat offerings and external partners.

Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and external providers to optimize payments journeys, settlement, and reconciliation. Bring entrepreneurial mindset to grow the business beyond APAC.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant working experience in the Philippines banking, fintech and payments landscape.
• Experience building end-to-end payment rails for tech platforms (frontend to settlement).
• Superior analytical and quantitative skills with data-backed decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with engineers, compliance, sales, and partners.
• Entrepreneurial drive and insatiable curiosity.

Aufgaben

• Build and expand fiat payment offerings by integrating with providers and banks.
• Productize payments solutions (ewallet, tokenized payments, crypto-to-fiat) for partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to optimize user journeys and backend flows.
• Own operational metrics like payment conversion rates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to scale operations.
• Interface with clients for API integration questions and troubleshooting.
