Job summary

Deel is seeking a Product Designer focused on AI-driven experiences. You will own end-to-end design from ideation to release, collaborating with product managers and engineers to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions across web and mobile platforms.

You’ll explore AI-assisted workflows, contribute to design systems, and advocate for inclusive, accessible product design in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences or using AI tools in design workflow.
• A portfolio with AI-powered features or experiments with AI tools.
• Be passionate about design and a fast learner.
• At least 5 years end-to-end product design for web and app; strong B2B experience.
• Strong UX/UI knowledge; experience with design systems.
• Ability to work embedded in a development team with product management input.
• Comfort with end-to-end development: ideation to QA and release.

Responsibilities

• Deeply analyze customer problems to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Create impactful, elegant AI-driven design solutions.
• Strategically connect design across product levels from high-level to detailed specs.
• Present design work and justify decisions to stakeholders.
• Update acceptance criteria and define logic for designs.
• Own the design process end-to-end from ideation to release.
