Freshworks is hiring a senior product designer to drive design vision across cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, researchers and content designers. You will shape strategy, communicate ideas effectively, mentor designers, run design thinking workshops, and advance research outcomes to product teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the product design field.
• End-to-end product design process, including strategy, jobs-to-be-done, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, user testing and high-fidelity visuals.
• Strong visual, interaction and product design skills.
• Experience driving user-centered design with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in user research and data-driven design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain design rationale.
• AI fluency: experience designing AI-driven workflows and leveraging AI tools.
• Service Operations knowledge: ITOM/DevOps/Monitoring concepts and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to drive design vision and strategy.
• Apply strategic thinking to visualize ideas and communicate effectively to stakeholders, partners and customers.
• Use facilitative leadership to achieve the best outcomes for stakeholders and customers.
• Build collaborative relationships with product management, development, marketing and the UX team.
