Job summary

Human Intelligence is seeking an exceptional Senior Principal Product Designer to lead AI-first design for a fully remote, independent-contractor role. You will shape UX and UI strategy across multiple products, collaborate with Product, AI engineers, FlutterFlow designers, developers, marketing, and leadership, and own the end-to-end design lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating world-class digital product design across web and mobile.
• Strong experience designing complex SaaS, AI, HealthTech, EdTech, or enterprise applications.
• Expertise using Figma and modern product design workflows.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, responsive design, and design systems.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX and UI strategy across multiple digital products.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, AI, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Own the complete product design lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Leverage AI to improve research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and design systems.
• Design intuitive, elegant customer experiences and scalable design systems.
• Influence product strategy through research and insight.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver world-class digital products.
