Job summary

CloudTalk is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive the next generation of our calling software. You will translate ideas into tangible, elegant user experiences across web, desktop, and mobile, collaborating with engineers, PMs, and leadership.

You will expand design expertise, maintain our Design System, and contribute to AI-powered product design. Expect coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and a global, remote-friendly environment with hubs in Europe.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating excellence in product design and problem-solving.
• 4+ years of experience in a product design role.
• Strong knowledge of Figma and design systems spanning multiple platforms.
• Experience integrating design with broader company initiatives and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as with a team.
• Comfort navigating changing timelines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Help expand design expertise and contribute to AI-powered product design.
• Develop, maintain, and scale processes for the Design System.
• Communicate design concepts effectively to engineers, PMs, and leadership.
• Translate concepts into elegant UX across products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in research, experimentation, and prototyping to find ideal solutions.
