• Own the complete customer journey from acquisition to onboarding, engagement, retention and monetization.

• Use user research, experimentation and behavioral insights to inform priorities and continuous improvements.
• Establish a unified design direction spanning UX, UI, visual identity, generated content, animation and UX writing.
