Job summary

Ascentium Talent Solutions PH Inc. is seeking a Software Design Lead to define and maintain design consistency across multiple products, including web and mobile.

You will own the end-to-end design process, establish scalable design systems, and partner with product and engineering to deliver user-centered experiences. You will lead design standards, conduct audits, and advocate best practices for accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with leadership or ownership responsibilities.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms.
• Experience designing for SaaS products or digital platforms.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Expertise in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar).
• Deep understanding of design systems and component-based design.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• A portfolio piece (or strong opinions) on designing for human-in-the-loop AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process across multiple products and platforms.
• Define and enforce design standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Ensure consistency in user experience, visual design, and interaction patterns.
• Build and maintain a unified design language across all Company products.
• Develop and manage a scalable design system (components, typography, color, UI patterns, agent interaction patterns).
• Conduct design audits to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Translate product requirements into intuitive, elegant design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs independently.
