CASTEM PHILS. CORPORATION is seeking a Purchaser/Import professional to manage PEZA documentation, supplier price negotiations, and purchase orders.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a procurement or purchasing officer.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills; proficiency in MS Office; ability to manage multiple purchase requests; and good communication skills with suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and process PEZA documents pertaining to incoming deliveries from PEZA-registered suppliers.
• Coordinate and monitor the incoming importation with shipping lines, forwarders and/or brokers to avoid delays in customs clearance.
• Ensure issued Purchase Orders are properly received, confirmed, and filed; monitor outstanding orders and deliveries.
