A logistics company based in Quezon City is looking for an experienced candidate to manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with PEZA and Bureau of Customs regulations. Responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and negotiating with suppliers. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, particularly in dealings with PEZA/BOC procedures.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in import/export, especially with PEZA/BOC procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, verify, and process import/export documents.
• Ensure all transactions adhere to PEZA and BOC regulations.
• Liaise with customs brokers and shipping lines.
• Maintain accurate records of all imports and exports.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for logistics services.

Conocimientos

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
