Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Procurement Contracting professional in Manila to review, draft, and negotiate vendor agreements that support our global operations. You will collaborate with sourcing, legal, risk and business partners, gaining exposure to a broad range of contracts and regulatory requirements while contributing to efficient contract management.

Ideal candidates hold a JD/LLB or are advanced law students with at least two years of contract experience, strong writing and negotiation skills,

Qualifications

• JD or LLB completed or law student in 3rd year.
• At least two years of contract review and drafting experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to learn contract systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review procurement contracts and related documents.
• Use and manage procurement systems and tools.
• Provide contractual support during procurement activities.
• Assist with standard procurement templates.
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure policy compliance.
• Facilitate contract execution and ensure signatories follow policies.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and documentation.
• Conduct legal research to support contracts.
