Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle activities including reviews, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Maintain contract intake portals, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Lead contract governance and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Coordinate contract negotiations and annual renewal activities.
• Support software asset management, invoicing, and budget tracking.
• Manage vendor performance scorecards and governance reviews.
• Support workforce planning and contingent workforce programs.
