JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Independently support the Legal Servicesteam within Contracting in different geographies, and in documenting and reviewingterms and conditions through agreements, proposals, change orders, etc.
• Independently manage and support LegalServices within Contracting in negotiating NDAs, RFP responses, Statements ofWork and other documents relating to various operating groups in accordancewith company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customerrequirements.
• Assist the Contracting lead in thecoordination of the team, and collaborate with other coordinators, stakeholdersand leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting and reviewing of NDAs, RFP’s,Proposals, Arrangement Letters/Statements of Work, Subcontract Agreements,Marketing Materials, Local Country Agreements, Change Orders, TeamingAgreements, Services Agreements, creation of Due Diligence Memos, Software LicenseAgreements, Exception tables, etc.
• Negotiating NDAs, Proposals, Statement ofWork, Subcontract Agreements, Services Agreements and other contracts withinternal client and external client when needed;
• Training team members and developingchecklists and process documents for reviewing NDAs, RFP’s, Proposals,Arrangement Letters/Statement of Work, Local Country Agreements, ServicesAgreements, etc.;
• Directly liaising with internalstakeholders and deal teams on various legal and commercial issues;
• Independently works on smaller engagementsand/or works within team on a large, complex engagement.
• Recruiting, coaching and mentoring LegalServices Professionals;
• Providing individuals with positive anddevelopmental feedback, and support any specific training initiatives;
• Introducing, improving and suggestingprocess measures for ad-hoc and new service lines from time to time.

TO QUALIFY:

• Law Degree Graduate, BAR Passer
• Must have at least 5 years relevant workexperience
• Background in Contract Management
• Preferably with commercial background
• Experience as In-house counsel is anadvantage
• Good communication and negotiation skillsis a plus
• Willing to be assigned in Boni, MandaluyongCity
• Amenable to Regular Day Shift, 9AM-6PM;Monday – Friday
