Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or business/finance preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive business experience in procurement and vendor/contract management.
• In-depth knowledge of contract management and procurement principles.
• Experience with sourcing and procurement systems and tools.
• Strong negotiation and vendor governance capabilities.
• Regulatory and risk management awareness for third-party outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle activities including reviews, renewals, amendments and terminations.
• Maintain contract intake portal, dashboards and reporting.
• Lead contract governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Coordinate contract negotiations and annual renewals.
• Support software contract management and asset inventories.
• Assist with software audits, invoices, and budget tracking.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding for contingent workers and workforce planning.
• Monitor vendor performance through scorecards and governance reviews.
• Provide SME procurement guidance and interface between stakeholders and vendors.
• Drive process improvements and SharePoint standardization across procurement operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs with vendor capabilities.
• Support risk assessments, due diligence and audit inquiries.
