Job summary

Accenture in Manila seeks a seasoned Contract Management Professional to lead complex procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives across a global environment. You will drive contract negotiations, review terms, mitigate risk, and push contract execution from initiation through completion.

Responsibilities include drafting, redlining, negotiating commercial terms, advising stakeholders, and partnering with Legal, Sourcing, Procurement, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Contract Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Global Sourcing.
• Strong experience in contract drafting, redlining, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of procurement agreements, supplier negotiations, and commercial contracting principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex and multi-phase contracting projects covering procurement agreements and sourcing initiatives.
• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contractual terms and conditions while ensuring compliance with company policies and contracting standards.
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and ensure all negotiated provisions are accurately documented in contracts.
• Serve as a trusted contracting advisor to stakeholders by providing practical and solution-oriented guidance.
• Partner closely with Legal, Sourcing, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to address contractual risks and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and maintain contract documentation, status reports, risk assessments, amendments, and compliance records.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of contracting playbooks, templates, and governance processes.
• Coach and mentor junior team members by sharing best practices and contracting expertise.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance contract review, redlining, reporting, and process efficiency.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, suppliers, leadership teams, and cross-functional partners.
