Qualifications

• JD or LLB degree completed or near completion.
• At least two years of contract review, drafting and assessment.
• Strong analytical, research and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn contract systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review procurement contracts and other legal documents.
• Utilize and manage systems used during the procurement process.
• Provide contractual and administrative support during procurement activities.
• Assist with creating and maintaining standard procurement templates.
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate contract execution and ensure signatories comply with policies.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and documentation requirements.
• Perform legal research as needed to support contractual activities.
