Job summary

CBRE Philippines is hiring a Business Services Analyst in Makati City. You will support the business services team with administrative and analytical tasks, helping develop and implement business strategies to ensure smooth processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent mix of education/experience) and strong MS Office skills, with a focus on accuracy, organization, and clear communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of 2+ years experience and education will be considered.
• Proficiency with standard principles and applying them.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties including conducting research, updating databases, and preparing reports.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives; analyze processes for improvement.
• Support preparation of business presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Provide support in preparation and analysis of financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for business activities.
• Assist in development of business policies and procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to the business services team.
