Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer I-Process in the Philippines to own and optimize manufacturing processes for QFN-DP packages. You will drive DOE, SPC, FMEA programs and ensure robust control plans while sustaining line performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in process engineering, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication. Travel is 0–25%. This full-time role offers growth within a global organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering.
Minimum 5 years of related process engineering experience.
Knowledgeable in QFN-DP package and related processes such as Die Attach, Tape & Reel, Backgrind and Saw.
Proficient in DOE, SPC, FMEA and control plans.
Experience in line sustaining and strong analytical decision making.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork; project management is a plus.
