Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Senior Process Technician to support setup, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of PLP Fan-Out Wafer Level Packaging and Fan-In WLCSP processes.

You will be a key technical resource ensuring stable performance and high quality. This role provides technical support to process engineers and production teams to maintain equipment uptime, qualify new products, and drive yield improvements in a dynamic manufacturing

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in Electronics Technology or Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing with Wafer Level Packaging exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of PLP FOWLP and Fan-In WLCSP processes.
• Provide technical support to process engineers and production teams to ensure stable performance and quality.
