Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, BPM, or related fields.
• Experience leading process discovery, mapping, and redesign initiatives.
• Experience implementing workflow automation or RPA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enterprise-wide process discovery across business functions.
• Document current-state and future-state processes with standard methods.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, workflows, and governance documents.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable, automated processes.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize improvement initiatives.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation and measure outcomes.
