Qualifications
- Experience designing, building, and implementing automation and AI solutions to improve business processes.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and business analysis skills.
- Good understanding of process mapping, process redesign, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical automation and AI solutions.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
- Curiosity for emerging technologies and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation solutions (RPA, workflow automation, low‑code platforms).
- Develop AI use cases (agent assist, copilots, QA automation, document intelligence).
- Build prototypes and production‑ready automation solutions.
- Identify automation and AI opportunities across processes; conduct ROI analyses.
- Prioritize automation pipeline in collaboration with business teams.
- Collaborate with Process Excellence to redesign processes for automation.
- Ensure automation readiness of workflows; translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Deploy and maintain automation solutions; monitor performance and adoption.
- Continuously optimize existing automation assets; govern with AI governance standards.
