Job summary

Netskope is seeking an AI Process Analyst to bridge business strategy with AI-enabled transformation. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Accounting, Finance, HR and Support to map objectives and reimagine workflows as AI-native experiences.

You will design persona-based AI apps and autonomous agents, ensure DoR connections to Salesforce, NetSuite and Workday, and translate technical possibilities into practical value with strong adoption.

Qualifications

• ≈5 years of experience connecting business needs with technology solutions.
• Understanding of how data moves between objects and relational databases.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite and Workday and their standard workflows.
• Ability to translate manual steps into automated processes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leads to identify pain points and document current-state processes with an eye for transformation.
• Workflow Reimagining: Reimagine how work gets done when AI is the primary driver.
• Agent & App Development: Build AI-driven applications and autonomous agents that consolidate fragmented tasks into a single persona-based experience.
• Systems Orchestration: Ensure AI experiences connect to and utilize enterprise tech stack — Salesforce, NetSuite, and Workday — as the primary Data of Record (DoR).
• Cross-Functional Translation: Bridge between technical possibilities and business realities, ensuring AI solutions deliver tangible value and high adoption rates.
