Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with web browsers and common business applications.
• Able to compose grammatically correct, clear, and concise written communication.
• Undergraduates (minimum 2 years completed) with at least 2 years of back-office experience (data entry, document processing, claims processing, admin support) required.
• Bachelor’s Degree holders are welcome to apply.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures.
• Practice good judgment in processing cases.
• Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors.
• Suggest ways to improve current process and team metrics.
• Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Management.
