Job summary

Manulife Global Solutions (MGS) is seeking a Finance Transformation & Operational Excellence Senior Consultant in the Philippines. The role focuses on evaluating performance of consultants and driving high-impact transformation initiatives within the Global Business Services framework.

Key responsibilities include owning the transformation pipeline, delivering high-quality projects on time and budget, and mentoring teams across geo boundaries.

Qualifications

• At least 6–7 years of management experience leading process & performance improvement projects in finance, investments, actuarial, or retirement ops.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own & drive pipeline of transformation initiatives within the assigned function.
• Ensure all projects deliver high quality, benefits, and stay on time & budget.
• Lead medium-sized, medium-risk transformation & process improvement initiatives.
• Project/Program Manager for complex, wide-scale transformation initiatives.
• Provide tactical direction to the project delivery team.
• Align stakeholders with offshore partners & other functions.
• Coach leaders in running mature operations.
