Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field ( CPA preferred )
• 3–5 years’ experience in accounting processes incl. R2R, P2P, O2C, financial reporting and compliance
• Solid knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and ERP systems; ability to identify system enhancements

Responsibilities

• Record-to-Report execution and journal entries with supporting documentation
• Own month-end close, accruals, sub-ledger reconciliations and journal release
• Analyze compensation-related expenses and collaborate with HR on payroll inputs
• Support statutory and management financial reporting and compliance
• Design analyses and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making
• Collaborate on process improvements, SOX controls, and system automation
