Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect who designs end-to-end technical and infrastructure solutions, leads the sales cycle, and builds compelling business cases that drive growth and profitability.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Delivery to translate customer needs into scalable offerings, costed BOMs, and robust delivery strategies for enterprise-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, technical consulting, or infrastructure services.
• Proven experience designing scalable technical or infrastructure solutions for enterprise, commercial, public sector, or large-scale projects.
• Strong background in technical proposal development, financial modeling/cost estimation, bid management, and executive stakeholder communication.
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business objectives, requirements, challenges, and infrastructure needs.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, site assessments, workshops, and solution architecture discussions.
• Design end-to-end technical and infrastructure solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Develop architectural blueprints, deployment models, operational support structures, and managed service frameworks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to build accurate costing models, BOM, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive commercial proposals balancing market competitiveness, profitability, and delivery feasibility.
• Lead bid management, technical/commercial RFP responses, and executive-level presentations.
