Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an energetic Business Development Coordinator to join our growth team. You will connect corporate clients with end-to-end B2B solutions—from IT services and staffing to engineering and business support management—driving new opportunities and revenue.

You will identify enterprise prospects, tailor solutions, lead RFPs, and negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing, while building executive-level relationships and ensuring smooth handoffs to operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in B2B sales, business development, or account management in outsourcing or IT solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and navigating enterprise procurement cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise-level opportunities.
• Understand client challenges and tailor IT/outsourcing solutions.
• Generate leads via proactive outreach, networking, and RFP handling.
• Lead pitches and negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs.
• Build executive relationships and coordinate with operations teams.
