Job summary
Dexcom Philippines is seeking a seasoned AI workflow specialist to design and maintain AI-driven support processes. You will translate real-world support interactions into structured logic, build orchestration across Microsoft tooling, and partner with QA and Product teams to ensure accuracy and scalable solutions.
The role requires hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI automation, with a focus on improving agent performance and customer outcomes in a hybrid work
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
- Typically 5–8 years of related experience or advanced degree equivalents.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar AI/automation platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI-driven support workflows using Copilot Studio and PowerPlatform.
- Translate defined support strategies into structured orchestration logic and flows.
- Configure and update tools to ensure accurate responses and proper routing.
- Implement orchestration across systems (e.g., Microsoft Applications, SharePoint).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in orchestration flows and logic gaps.
- Collaborate with QA, Technical Support Operations, and other teams to validate workflows.
