Job summary

Dexcom in the Philippines is seeking an AI Workflow Architect to build and maintain automated support processes driven by Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related tools.

You will translate support strategies into structured orchestration logic, configure cross-system workflows across Microsoft apps and SharePoint, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accurate routing and scalable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 5–8 years related experience, or higher degrees.
• Ability to translate ambiguous support interactions into structured logic and AI-assisted flows.
• Strong governance awareness to ensure quality, compliance, and documentation.
• Excellent collaboration across Technical Support, Product, QA, and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-driven support workflows using Copilot Studio, PowerApps, and automation tools.
• Translate defined support strategies into structured orchestration logic, including topics, decision trees, and workflow configurations.
• Configure and update tools to ensure accurate responses and proper flow routing.
• Implement orchestration across systems like Microsoft Applications and SharePoint for seamless support.
• Support ongoing updates to workflows and AI behavior based on process changes and feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within orchestration flows.
• Partner with QA, Technical Support Operations, and other teams to validate workflows.
