Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep GCP expertise to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will automate infrastructure, ensure security, and drive observability while collaborating with software engineers and IT operations to deliver reliable cloud-native applications.

The role requires hands-on experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools, plus strong scripting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Solid scripting and programming skills (Python, Bash, Terraform, Git).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Deployment Manager).
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Cloud Build).
• Ensure observability with Cloud Monitoring/Logging and error reporting.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to docs and best practices.
