Dexcom Corporation is a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) with a mission to empower health through innovation. We are seeking a technically adept professional to design and maintain AI-driven support workflows using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

You will translate strategies into structured orchestration logic, configure tools for accurate responses, and integrate workflows across Microsoft Apps and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is typically required.
• 5–8 years related experience (or Master’s degree with 2–5 years) in a relevant field.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform or similar AI/automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-driven support workflows using Copilot Studio, PowerApps, and automation tools.
• Translate defined strategies into structured orchestration logic and workflows.
• Configure tools to ensure accurate responses and proper flow routing.
• Implement orchestration across systems (e.g., Microsoft Apps, SharePoint).
• Troubleshoot and update workflows based on product changes and feedback.
• Partner with QA and other teams to validate workflows for accuracy and usability.
