TigerUX in Cebu City is seeking a senior sales leader to drive poultry industry strategies, align with production, and maximize profitability. You will set targets, build channel partnerships, and guide a growing sales team while coordinating with operations and finance to fulfill orders and protect margins.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on coaching in a fast-moving livestock market with regional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Agribusiness, Animal Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in agribusiness sales (preferably livestock, poultry, or feed industry).
Proven experience in managing sales teams and B2B accounts.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to poultry operations, aligned with production capacity and market demand.
Set and monitor sales targets, customer mix, and profitability goals.
Forecast demand and coordinate closely with poultry farm operations and supply planning.
Expand the customer base in poultry (broiler buyers, traders, breeders, and institutional clients).
Develop new market channels, partnerships, and B2B opportunities.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging opportunities in the poultry industry.
Implement pricing strategies to balance volume growth and profitability.
Monitor poultry market fluctuations and adjust pricing accordingly.
Ensure disciplined discounting and credit control policies.
Lead, coach, and evaluate the sales team (key accounts, retail support, trading).
Oversee sales processes to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Standardize sales reporting, KPIs, and customer performance dashboards.
Build and maintain relationships with traders, institutional buyers, and key retailers in the poultry sector.
Represent the company in industry associations, trade events, and customer negotiations.
Manage long-term contracts and agreements with poultry clients.
Work closely with Operations (production, supply chain) to align poultry sales with supply capability.
Coordinate with Finance for collection, credit monitoring, and margin analysis.
Provide poultry market intelligence to management for better decision-making.
