Job summary

TigerUX in Cebu City, Philippines seeks an experienced Business Development professional to lead market expansion in agribusiness sectors. You will acquire new customers, form strategic partnerships, and coordinate with distributors to drive revenue growth.

Travel across provincial and regional locations is expected as you align growth plans with production capacity and supply needs. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in business development, sales, agribusiness, or FMCG.
• Proven track record in market development and commercial partnerships.
• Experience with contract growing, farm development, or livestock/poultry operations preferred.
• Strong commercial, financial, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive market expansion through new customer acquisition and business development.
• Identify opportunities and develop market entry strategies in target regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Secure strategic accounts to support revenue growth and market penetration.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Production to support growth.
