Job summary

Tyson Foods Philippines seeks a highly experienced Poultry Technical Services leader to deliver value to customers by providing technical support to achieve business objectives in line with the Director of Technical Service Asia.

You will build technical services plans, improve broiler performance, and provide market intelligence to support long‑term strategic decisions while championing biosecurity and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Science or Veterinary Medicine required.
• Minimum 10 years of extensive broiler management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong sense of urgency.
• Strategic thinker, well organized and analytical.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build technical services plan and set broiler performance goals.
• Develop a broiler economic model for value of sales.
• Provide market intelligence and identify gaps for strategic planning.
• Champion a culture of biosecurity.
• Lead, train, and develop the technical and sales team.
• Coordinate with sales team for customer services.
