Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer focus and guidance to customers; work towards meeting expectations.
• Assist customers with queries, explain product information and benefits.
• Maintain professionalism in handling complaints and inquiries.
• Document customer feedback and service experiences for Store Exec.
• Assist customers in navigating the Online Shop and sign up for membership.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across categories through telesales, upselling and cross-selling.
• Keep product knowledge up-to-date through training and self-study.
• Maintain shelves, stock levels and shelf-tag accuracy in line with merchandising standards.
• Observe health and safety protocols and ensure areas are clean and presentable.
• Perform other operational tasks as assigned by the Store Exec.
