Job summary

Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. seeks a Store Pharmacist to supervise pharmacy operations, uphold Good Pharmacy Practice, and serve as Pharmacist-In-Charge, with responsibility for regulatory compliance.

The role includes training Pharmacy Assistants, driving health-category sales, ensuring ROS accuracy, managing costs, and delivering consistent Service Standards across store formats.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a Licensed Pharmacist.
• Familiar with the implementation of Retail Operation Standards.
• Experience doing Sales and Customer Service Functions.
• Newly licensed pharmacists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy operations (profitability, ROS, regulatory compliance).
• Act as Pharmacist-In-Charge and primary contact for regulatory matters.
• Train and develop Pharmacy Assistants/Associates to ensure compliant operations.
