Job summary

Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. seeks a Store Pharmacist to supervise pharmacy operations, ensure profitability, and uphold Good Pharmacy Practice across store formats.

The role acts as Pharmacist-In-Charge, handling regulatory matters and training Pharmacy Assistants to sustain compliant service. The successful candidate will monitor sales performance, ensure Brand of Service Standards, and support ROS compliance while driving cost efficiency and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a Licensed Pharmacist.
• Familiar with Retail Operation Standards.
• Experience doing Sales and Customer Service Functions.
• Newly licensed Pharmacists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy operations to ensure profitability and compliance.
• Maintain Brand of Service Standards in customer interactions.
• Train and develop Pharmacy Assistants/Associates for compliant operations.
• Manage ROS compliance including inventory and till to reduce shrinkage.
• Coordinate with store Head for regulatory matters and staff training.
