Job summary

Tribal Group in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Senior People Reporting & Analytics Specialist. This remote-flexible role focuses on turning workforce data into clear insights, building Power BI dashboards, and coordinating statutory submissions across territories.

You will own regular reporting, data reconciliation, and automate processes within People Operations, partnering with non-technical stakeholders to drive better decisions.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience in people reporting, workforce analytics or management information.
• Strong Power BI capability including dashboard creation, Power Query and reliable data models.
• Experience automating reporting or operational workflows through Power Automate or similar.
• Advanced Excel and data skills including validation, reconciliation and quality checks.
• Experience preparing statutory or regulatory submissions for external bodies.
• Strong English communication and ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own regular and ad hoc people reporting covering headcount, forecasting, compliance, benefits and workforce activity.
• Combine, cleanse and reconcile data from HR, payroll, benefits and other systems.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using Power Query and data modelling.
• Automate recurring reports and People Operations processes using Power Automate or similar tools.
• Prepare and coordinate statutory and external data submissions across multiple territories.
• Turn complex data into clear reporting narratives, highlighting trends, risks and practical recommendations.
• Administer the People Operations technology stack, including access, permissions, integrations and configuration.

Internally titled People Systems & Reporting Specialist, this reporting-led role sits within People Operations. You will combine data from multiple systems, build dependable dashboards and statutory reports, automate recurring work and turn complex workforce information into clear insight for non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience preparing statutory, regulatory or other formal submissions for external organisations.
• Strong English communication and the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Useful, but not essential

• UK or Australian statutory people reporting, including UK Gender Pay Gap or WGEA submissions.
• Experience using or supporting an HRIS such as iTrent, iChris, Workday or SuccessFactors.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects, Salesforce or another comparable cloud or analytics platform.
