Job summary

AS White Global in Manila is seeking a Reporting Analyst to develop, design, and deliver monthly and ad hoc Power BI reports for business users. You will build dashboards from scratch, translate business needs into actionable outputs, and ensure data accuracy and governance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and drive improvements while maintaining documentation. The role operates on a hybrid schedule with office presence in Manila.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in reporting/analytical roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Develop, design, and generate monthly and ad hoc reports using Power BI.
• Build reports and dashboards from scratch based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and translate them into actionable outputs.
• Identify gaps in existing reports and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of extracted and processed data.
• Handle and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Maintain and enhance reporting processes to support business objectives.
• Support data validation, testing, and troubleshooting of reporting outputs.
• Document reporting processes, data sources, and report logic.
• Communicate insights and reporting outputs clearly to stakeholders.

Key Criteria

• At least 2 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience using Microsoft Power BI for report and dashboard creation.
• Mid to high proficiency level in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to develop reports from scratch or with knowledge/trained to do so.
• Experience working with large datasets from multiple data sources.
• Ability to identify reporting gaps and suggest process improvements.
• Experience in maintaining proper documentation for reports and processes.
• Good understanding of data accuracy, validation, and governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work setup:

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (7:00am–4:00pm PHT) Hybrid arrangement once a week in the office.
