Job summary

Tribal is seeking a Senior People Reporting & Analytics Specialist to join our Manila-based team. This remote-flexible role focuses on delivering dependable reporting, dashboards and statutory submissions across multiple territories, with a practical emphasis on data quality and automation.

You will own data from HR, payroll and benefits systems, build Power BI solutions, and explain complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders while supporting continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications

About the role

Internally titled People Systems & Reporting Specialist, this is a reporting-led role within People Operations. You will bring together data from multiple HR, payroll, benefits and business systems to deliver dependable reporting, dashboards and statutory submissions across several territories.

You will improve data quality, automate recurring work and explain complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. You will also administer and improve the systems and processes that sit behind the data.

Key responsibilities

• Own regular and ad hoc people reporting covering headcount, workforce activity, forecasting, compliance, benefits and other management information.
• Combine, cleanse, manipulate and reconcile data from multiple systems, ensuring reports are accurate, consistent and supported by clear validation controls.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, using Power Query and appropriate data modelling to turn complex datasets into accessible insight.
• Automate recurring reporting and People Operations processes using Power Automate or comparable workflow tools, enabling self-service where appropriate.
• Prepare and coordinate people-data submissions to external partners and statutory bodies across multiple territories.
• Analyse and present people data through clear reporting narratives that highlight trends, risks, exceptions and practical recommendations.
• Act as a system administrator across the People Operations technology stack, managing user access, permissions, integrations and platform configuration.
• Work with system owners and stakeholders to resolve data issues, improve reporting processes and support uploads, testing, documentation and continuous improvement.

Essential experience

• Substantial hands‑on experience in people reporting, workforce analytics or management information, including combining and manipulating data from multiple systems.
• Strong practical Power BI capability, including building dashboards, transforming data through Power Query and maintaining reliable reporting solutions.
• Experience automating reporting or operational workflows using Power Automate or a comparable platform.
• Advanced Excel and data skills, including validation, reconciliation, manipulation, analysis and quality checking.
• Experience preparing statutory, regulatory or other formal data submissions for external organisations, ideally across more than one territory.
• A strong understanding of HR processes, people data structures, confidentiality, data protection and the controls needed when reporting sensitive information.
• Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to work independently, clarify reporting requirements and explain technical information clearly.

Desirable experience

• UK or Australian statutory people reporting, including UK Gender Pay Gap or Workplace Gender Equality Agency submissions.
• Experience using or supporting an HR information system such as iTrent, iChris, Workday, SuccessFactors or a comparable platform.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects or another business intelligence and analytics tool.
• Experience with Salesforce or another cloud-based platform used for workflow, case management or self-service reporting.
• Relevant training or qualifications in data analytics, people analytics, HR systems or reporting.
