Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila (Eastwood Libis, Quezon City) is seeking a People & Partnerships Sr. Operation Specialist to provide administrative and operational support on-site.

You will handle payroll processing, onboarding, ticketing coordination, and client communications to ensure smooth service delivery. The role emphasizes high-volume clerical work, strong English communication, and meticulous attention to detail within a BPO/shared services environment.

• Experience handling high-volume clerical, payroll, administrative, or ticketing tasks in a BPO or shared services environment.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administrative & Operational Support: Handle all administrative tasks related to accounts on shift, including office supply requisitions, cash advance and liquidation processing, seat arrangements for client expansions, and documenting minutes of meetings with Shared Services, clients, or client leads.
• Onboarding & Ticketing Coordination: File and monitor progress for Shared Services tickets (HR, Facilities, Finance, Recruitment, IT, Ops, BOM, equipment setup), arrange computer/email/login provisions, plot Microstatus schedules, and coordinate NHO scheduling.
• Payroll & Attendance Processing: Monitor and report daily attendance across assigned accounts, process attendance, and prepare payroll reports per cutoff (BIC, Active List, RPA, Disputes, bonus reports, and other assigned operational metrics).
• Compliance & HR Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR-related corrective actions in 202 files for all assigned clients.
• Client & Delivery Tracking: Track all operational deliverables across clients, report task completion progress to the Account Manager, and step in as the primary Point of Contact (POC) whenever the Account Manager is unavailable.
• Special Projects: Assist P&P Managers and Account Managers as needed, with readiness to take on additional tasks requested by clients, operations, or internal departments.
