MicroSourcing, Eastwood Quezon City, seeks a People & Partnerships Manager (BPO Operations Manager) to oversee client operations and ensure high-quality service delivery across the Philippines.

You will lead the People & Partnerships team, drive growth with clients, and ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and site upkeep while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture and supporting continuous learning and career development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate studies advantageous.
• 1–3 years experience as Operations Manager.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Excellent MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with exemplary customer service.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Dependable for assigned shifts and to complete work.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment and follow instructions.

Aufgaben

• Oversee a set of clients and deliver EBITDA, client growth, reduced attrition, and NPS scores.
• Assist clients in setting up Philippines operations and implement performance management, rewards, engagement activities, and development plans.
• Oversee the People & Partnerships team and ensure continuous development of staff.
• Provide input to management on policy/process improvements.
