Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay City is seeking a Senior Manager for People & Partnerships to oversee client operations and ensure quality delivery of services.

You will lead the P&P team, drive client growth, set performance measures, and ensure regulatory compliance across the delivery center. This on-site role requires night shift experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate studies an advantage.
• 3–5 years experience as Operations Manager.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Excellent computer proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide exemplary customer service.
• Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for assigned clients and deliver EBITDA, client growth and improve NPS/ENPS.
• Lead the People & Partnerships team including Account Managers and Specialists; develop their capabilities.
• Implement performance management, rewards, recognition, engagement activities and development plans.
• Ensure site health, safety and regulatory compliance; manage seat allocation and renovations.
• Contribute to policies and processes through input to management committees.
