MicroSourcing is hiring a Senior Manager for People & Partnerships in Metro Manila to oversee client operations and ensure top‑tier delivery of services. You will drive growth for client operations, oversee the delivery center, and maintain site health and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in operations management or similar leadership role.
• Excellent communication with internal and external customers
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Oversee a set of clients and deliver EBITDA, client growth and NPS targets.
• Set up Philippines operations for clients and drive growth.
• Lead the People & Partnerships team and ensure ongoing development.
• Contribute to policy development and process improvements.
