Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a Hospital and Health Care Company for a Payroll Manager who will oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all payroll processes.

The Payroll Manager will manage payroll data, prepare reports, supervise staff, and uphold data confidentiality while ensuring adherence to labor laws and government regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy (required).
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or CPA is a plus.
• Minimum five years of managerial experience in Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and data management.
• Review and approve payroll records, deductions, allowances, and salary adjustments.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
• Lead, train, and evaluate payroll staff; establish performance standards.
