• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Senior and Junior Payroll Specialists handling multiple client accounts.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with 100% regulatory compliance and SLAs.
• Manage client onboarding, relationship management, and drive payroll process improvements using cloud systems.
